My road trip to Los Angeles

Hi everyone !

Continuing my American adventures, today I’m taking you to the mythical city of Los Angeles, so get excited ! I have to confess first that I have always been told that San Francisco was much better than LA, which was a bit disappointing considering what we all see on TV. And indeed, I completely agree with this. However, my friends and I did not spent too much time in downtown LA and also spent part of our trip in the mountains, which made the weekend really rich in experiences. So let’s get into it !

Beach day & thrift shopping in Santa Cruz

Hello everyone !

As I’ve told you, I’m catching up on my articles about by time in California. So today, I’m taking you to Santa Cruz, where I want a month ago. Santa Cruz is really not far away from Monterey, it is about a 45 minutes drive if the traffic is not too bad. It is a very small yet beautiful city (and I mean, Monterey is not that big either so I cannot really say anything, can I ?).

Sunday hike at the Pinnacles National Park

Today I’m taking you to a much less crowded and more natural place in California : the Pinnacles National Park. We decided to go there for a hike with my friends as it is not far away from where I live (Monterey) ; it is  located east of the Salinas Valley in Central California.
